We do not send your photos, prompts, face data, videos, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service. AI image and video generation is performed on infrastructure we control using our own models.

Other service providers may receive limited data needed to operate the App, such as authentication, storage, media delivery, analytics, advertising attribution, crash reporting, or payment services. These providers do not receive your uploaded photos, prompts, videos, or face data for AI model inference, AI training, or AI processing.

4. Data Retention

User-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, generated media, and task-related content are processed temporarily to create and deliver the requested results.

Face data and media content: Source images and videos containing facial information that are processed for AI features are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion. Users may request deletion at any time as described in Section 5; we will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention exceptions.

Generated results, task history, account records, purchase records, and customer support records may be retained for as long as needed to provide the App, allow users to access prior results, maintain purchase records, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We retain only limited technical logs necessary to maintain service stability, security, and abuse prevention.
